This project was to design and build a catalog of all the services within the company.

My role was to take all the information from different business cases categorize and catalog how those services can be provided within the company. This Service Catalog would live on the company's intranet and had to follow all rules of it. The design I came up with shows all the different services that the company can provide in-house, information about that service, examples of the service, and who to contact if needed.

After a quick design session, I worked right in the browser to develop a working prototype to be shown off to senior staff for buy-in and support, making iterations as needed and updating living code that could then be used for implementation. As part of a second phase this service catalog will link into Jira when a service is requested to start a job ticket and notify the proper contact person.
